This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made on https://mysadaka.com, operated by YSJ Digital LTD, registered in England and Wales under No. 16789728, located at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, UK.

Our Products consist of personalised sadaqah jariyah gifts and symbolic charitable contributions. Because these Products are custom-made and personalised, they fall under the exceptions listed in the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

1. No Right of Cancellation for Personalised Products

Under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the 14-day cancellation period does not apply to:

“goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.”

Since our Products involve personalised certificates, customised donor details, and symbolic charitable actions carried out in your name, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed, and no automatic refunds apply.

2. When refunds may apply

Although the right of cancellation does not apply, we may issue a refund in the following exceptional cases:

  • the Product received is incorrect,
  • there is an error in personalisation caused by us,
  • you did not receive the digital or physical Product within a reasonable time due to a technical issue attributable to us.

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of your order at ysj.digital.pro@gmail.com with:

  • your full name,
  • your order number,
  • a description of the issue.

We will investigate and respond promptly.

3. Digital products & certificates

Personalised digital certificates are delivered immediately or within a short time window after purchase. As digital personalised content, they are not eligible for cancellation or refund unless:

  • the certificate is defective,
  • the personalised information is incorrect due to our mistake.

4. Duplicate orders

If you accidentally create multiple identical orders, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed, we may issue a courtesy refund.
