These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all online sales made through the website https://mysadaka.com (the “Site”), operated by YSJ Digital LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 16789728, having its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By placing an order on our Site, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

1. Description of Products

The Site offers online sales of personalised sadaqah jariyah gifts, including symbolic donations such as tree planting, meal distribution, water tank funding, and other custom charitable contributions (“Products”).

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. Images are illustrative and non-contractual.

2. Eligibility

To purchase through the Site, you must be:

• legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
  

3. Orders

Placing an order requires:

1. Selecting the Products
   
2. Providing accurate personal and delivery details
   
3. Reviewing and confirming the order
   
4. Accepting these Terms
   
5. Making payment
   

Once your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email constitutes acceptance of your order and formation of the contract.

We reserve the right to refuse an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, incorrect information, or Product unavailability.

4. Prices

Prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Prices include applicable UK taxes but exclude delivery fees, which are shown at checkout.

We may update prices at any time. Orders already placed are not affected.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order.

We use secure third-party payment processors such as Shopify Payments

We do not store your card details.

The payment processor may request verification steps for security purposes.

Orders that cannot be authorised are automatically cancelled.

6. Delivery

Delivery methods, estimated timeframes, and applicable fees are displayed at checkout.

Delivery is considered completed when Products are delivered to the address provided.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• incorrect or incomplete addresses,
  
• courier issues,
  
• events outside our control (weather, strikes, customs…).
  

7. Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

If you are a UK or EU consumer purchasing a physical Product, you may cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

Exceptions to cancellation

Cancellation does not apply to:

• personalised goods or custom-made items,
  
• digital content delivered immediately with your consent,
  
• services already fully performed.
  

How to cancel

• your full name
  
• order number
  
• statement of cancellation
  

You must return the item unused, in its original condition.

Return costs are at your expense unless the item is defective.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

8. Faulty Goods – Consumer Rights Act 2015

You are entitled to the following statutory rights:

• 30 days to claim a full refund for faulty goods.
  
• After 30 days and within 6 months, you may request repair or replacement.
  
• If repair/replacement is impossible, you may claim a partial or full refund.
  

These rights apply independently of any commercial guarantee.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

• death or personal injury caused by our negligence,
  
• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation,
  
• any rights you have under UK consumer law.
  

We are not liable for:

• indirect or consequential losses,
  
• losses resulting from misuse of the Product,
  
• failures caused by third-party services (delivery providers, payment processors).
  

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, images, logo, design, structure) is owned or licensed by YSJ Digital LTD and protected under UK and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce or exploit any Site content without prior written consent.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
